Recreate Logo in Vector AI

I have a finished logo that currently only exists in black. All you need to do is color the background of the logo (2 sheep). I need this logo in Illustrator, in 3 parts: the complete logo, just the background (2 sheep), and just the text below.
The goal is not to change the appearance. Think of it as a perfect pixel trace that gives me a clean .ai master file.
All I want is a fully editable Illustrator file and a high-resolution PNG file exported for quick reference.
