Recreate Logo as “PeakState”

I’m finishing a site built on the xrival.qodeinteractive.com theme and the only piece still missing is the logo. The theme’s original “xrival” mark—bold, modern lettering bisected by a fine line—is exactly the aesthetic I want, but it needs to read “PeakState.” Because the name has two words, I’d like the line to cut through at the same height and weight, keeping the overall footprint, balance, and colour treatment identical to the reference.

The palette, spacing, and background colours of the theme won’t change, so please match the existing navy-on-white (or reversed) scheme precisely. No gradients, shadows, or alternate fonts: a clean, flat look just like the sample.
