Recreate Logo in High Resolution

I need our existing company logo redrawn as a clean, infinitely-scalable master file while keeping every element exactly as it appears today. The only version I have sits on our printed stationery, so you will be working from a scan or high-quality photo that I will supply.
What I expect back:

• Press-ready PDF
• Web-ready JPEG in both full-size and a smaller social-media-friendly size
