Recreate and Edit PNG Flyer in Illustrator

We are looking for someone who can reconstruct a flyer saved as a PNG file into editable Illustrator (.ai) format.
Job Summary
We are looking for someone who can recreate the flyer in Adobe Illustrator format (.ai) based on the attached PNG image data.
This is not simply a matter of pasting the PNG image into Illustrator or using the image tracing function for automatic conversion. The task requires reconstructing the flyer by separating text, shapes, backgrounds, decorations, icons, logos, etc., into as many parts as possible to facilitate later editing.
We anticipate having multiple similar projects in the future, so we would like to continue working with individuals who demonstrate high quality and responsiveness.

Task Details
Please recreate the flyer in Illustrator as shown below, using the attached PNG image as a reference.
- Place the PNG image as a base and reconstruct the design in Illustrator.
- Retype the text as editable text data whenever possible.
- Create shapes, decorations, backgrounds, icons, logos, etc., as separate parts.
- Organize objects to facilitate color changes.
- Organize layers clearly.
- Deliver as AI data that is easy to use for printing and future revisions.
- Create outlined data as well.
Furthermore, please make the following corrections to the current image:
Requested corrections:
- Move the product number to the upper right corner to make it more prominent.
- Change "Heatstroke Prevention" below the product name to "Heat Countermeasures."
- Please round the corners of the icons below "Gently cools while maintaining 18℃."
- Combine the icons "Adjustable shoulder strap length" and "Adjustable waist size" into one "Adjustable size."
- Add "Reusable" to the icon group.
- Please only include front and back views for the wearing image.
- Please indicate the size of the main body in the 3D image.

* Data where only text cannot be edited
* Data that is not separated into parts and is difficult to edit later
* Data with unorganized layers
* Data that has drastically changed in appearance from the original image
What we are looking for is not just "creating an AI file that only looks good," but reconstruction into practical AI data that allows for later editing of text, colors, and parts.

This is a job I have been commissioned to do by the client.
Therefore, even if the work is completed, it will not be considered complete until both I and the client approve it. In that case, please make revisions until it is completed.
