Recreate Business Card with a Custom Die-Cut Shape for Print (Adobe Illustrator)

We are looking to update our current business card design to a new, creative, custom-shaped layout. We have a clear vision and all the necessary brand assets.
The Goal:
Transform our standard rectangular two-sided business card into a new two-sided card with a custom die-cut cloud shape.
What I will provide:
* An image of our current two-sided business card. This contains all the text, contact information, icons, and our brand colors (dark grey, blue, orange).
* Our company logo in a high-quality vector format.
* The reference image of the cloud-shaped card that we want to emulate.
Your Tasks:
* Using Adobe Illustrator, create the custom cloud shape based on the reference image (it looks like two merged circles).
* Lay out our existing content (Logo, Name, Title, Contact Info, Website, and Tagline: "Optimize Automate Innovate") onto this new shape in a clean and professional manner, similar to the provided inspiration.
* Design a simple, complementary back side for the card. A solid color background with our centered logo would be ideal.
* The most critical task: Prepare a final, print-ready file. This file must include a proper die-line on a separate layer (as a spot color) for the custom cutting process.
Deliverables:
* A print-ready PDF file (CMYK, 300 DPI, with bleeds and a correctly configured die-line).
* The fully-editable source file in Adobe Illustrator (.ai format).
* A high-quality JPG or PNG mockup of the final design for visualization.
