Rebuild 38-Page Workbook Template

The current 38-page workbook is locked inside a PDF as flattened PNG images. I need each page rebuilt from scratch so every element becomes fully editable. Page numbers, text, tables, check boxes, rating scales, writing lines, illustrations and icons all have to appear exactly where they sit now, only this time they must be true Word objects driven by heading styles, paragraph styles and shape formats I can adjust later.

Font accuracy matters, yet perfect matches are not essential; any close substitute that maintains the overall look is fine. For the graphics you are free to work in Illustrator, native Word shapes or any other tool you prefer, as long as the final result is editable inside Word.

Deliverables
• One 38-page .docx master template mirroring the original layout, styles applied consistently
• A print-ready PDF exported from that template
• A separate .docx that holds nothing but the extracted text, page by page, in the same sequence and with page numbers preserved

Acceptance criteria
1. Finished template opens in Word with every object, text box and shape selectable and editable
2. Page count and numbering exactly 1-38
3. Visual alignment within a practical margin of the source PDF
4. Styles named and applied so future global changes are possible

With these pieces in place I will have a flexible master I can revise any time without going back to static images.
