Realistic Vector Art for T-Shirts

I'm looking for a skilled vector illustrator to convert photo of truck/trailer/machine into a print-ready designs for t-shirt apparel similar to professional screen-printed merch.
Requirements:
- Realistic style vector illustrations
- Theme: trucks and machinery
- Adobe Illustrator expertise (true vector paths)
- Print-ready (AI/SVG/PDF)
- Limited color palette (8-12 max)
- suitable for screen printing or DTG
Ideal Skills:
- Strong portfolio in realistic vector art
- Familiarity with t-shirt design and printing processes
- Attention to detail and creativity
