Realistic Door Hanger Against AI Center

Job ID: 40193776

Budget: $10 – $30 USD

I need print-ready artwork for a door hanger that communicates how a proposed Hyperscame AI Data Center would disrupt daily life in our neighborhood. The tone must be realistic—clean photography or photo-realistic illustration rather than cartoons or abstract graphics—so the message feels credible when residents pick it up at their front door.

Core message
The hanger should instantly convey “community disruption.” Please weave in two environmental points that hit home for local families: excessive water consumption and heavy energy usage. I also want a clear nod to the elementary school that sits only a few blocks from the site; showing how children could be affected will reinforce the urgency.

Visual cues
• Realistic imagery of a quiet street giving way to industrial scale cooling towers, high-voltage lines, or tanker trucks hauling water can work well.
• Subtle call-outs (icons, stats, or short headlines) should highlight water and power demands without turning the design into a data sheet.
• A calm color palette that feels “local” (greens, soft blues, earth tones) will keep the piece approachable, while a contrasting accent can draw attention to a brief “Take Action” panel.

Copy & layout
I’ll provide final wording, but please leave space for:
– A short headline (approx. 8 words)
– Two supporting lines about water and energy drain
– A QR code area
– Contact info and voting date at the bottom

Deliverables
• Two-sided door hanger sized 3.5" × 8.5" with 0.125" bleed
• Print-ready PDF (CMYK, 300 dpi)
• Layered source file in Adobe Illustraotr or InDesign and exported to PDF so I can tweak text later
• Web preview image (JPEG or PNG)

Timeline is flexible within a week once we start; sketches or mood boards up front will help us lock the concept quickly. If you’ve tackled community or environmental campaigns before, I’d love to see those samples.

The project we want stop is called Project Tango and we want to let people know there’s an upcoming county commissioners meeting to vote to approve or deny the data center
