Real Estate Social Images

I have several high-quality renderings and site plans for a new commercial development and I want them turned into polished, single-image posts formatted specifically for Facebook. The core material is already finished; what I need is your creative touch to crop, balance colours, and lay out each image so it commands attention in the feed and looks cohesive with our existing brand style.

You’ll receive the raw JPEGs/PDFs along with our colour palette and logo files. Using Photoshop, Illustrator or your preferred design tool, please:
• optimise each image for Facebook’s recommended 1200×630 resolution,
• keep text (if any) within the 20 % rule so reach isn’t penalised, and
• export final files as both high-res PNG and an editable source file.

I’m looking for a quick turnaround—once I hand over the assets, a first draft within two days and final revisions shortly after would be ideal. If you have ideas for subtle text overlays or light visual enhancements that elevate the posts without cluttering the architectural detail, feel free to propose them.
