I need a “For Sale” real-estate sign laid out at 28" tall × 48" wide. You’ll receive my reference mock-up, the agent headshot, and the exact brand colors, so please follow that inspiration image closely—same palette, comparable (but different) layout, and the headshot left untouched.
I’m aiming for a quick proof, so as soon as you’ve placed the elements and matched the colors, send a print-ready PDF for review. Once approved, supply the fully packaged Adobe Illustrator file with all fonts linked or outlined so I can tweak text later if needed.
Deliverables:
• First-round PDF proof within the agreed timeframe
• Final print-ready PDF (28" × 48", CMYK, 0.25" bleed)
• Layered .AI file with assets packaged
If any dimensions, margins, or color values look off compared with the reference, flag them before final export.
