Real Estate Branding Refresh

I’ve recently moved my real-estate team under a new franchise banner and now need our visual identity to match the fresh start. The top priority is a complete logo overhaul—new colour palette, new graphic elements, essentially a clean slate that still feels recognisably “us.” I already have a handful of colours and themes in mind from the franchise style-guide, but I’d like your creative input before we lock anything in.

Once the logo is finalised, I’ll need business-card artwork that carries the new look seamlessly. Card dimensions will follow standard North-American specs, but please design with bleed and print readiness in mind.

• Primary and secondary logo files (AI, SVG, PNG, JPEG)
• Print-ready business card design (AI, PDF) with outlined fonts
• A quick colour and typography guide so my team can apply the branding consistently elsewhere

• Colours meet franchise guidelines and pass basic accessibility checks
• Business card approved by my print vendor on first proof
