Raster-to-Vector High-End Print

I have a single raster image that now needs to live as a flawless vector. The artwork will be printed at 45 × 45 inches, so every line has to be razor-sharp and perfectly closed when it scales.

Here is what I need from you:
• Re-draw the image in Adobe Illustrator, keeping every stroke fine and consistent—no auto-tracing artifacts.
• Supply the final file as AI, EPS, and high-resolution PDF, all set to 300 dpi (or true-vector) CMYK, ready for the press.
• Keep layering tidy and paths editable so I can tweak colours later if required.
