Rapid Image-to-Vector Conversion

I need a clean, fully scalable vector recreation of an existing image so it can go straight onto T-shirt screens. The final artwork has to match the original colours exactly, keep every detail crisp, and remain editable for any future size or placement changes.

Please work in Adobe Illustrator (or an equivalent professional vector tool) and supply the finished file as AI plus an unlocked PDF or EPS. PNG and SVG previews will also help for quick approvals.

Timing is tight: I’d like the first proof within a few hours and the final, print-ready file delivered no later than 10 hours from the project start.
