Quick Logo Refinement Needed

I have an existing logo that just needs a tasteful refresh. First, please reduce the weight of the dividing line and the words “ARCHITECTURE & DESIGN” so they appear roughly 20 % lighter than they do now—bright enough to read comfortably but still subtle.

The background should shift to a warm, medium-champagne tone; think soft, elegant, and neutral rather than bright or beige. Finally, replace the current “VIZ STUDIO” lettering with a clean, contemporary sans-serif font that complements the rest of the mark.

I’ll supply the current vector files, and I’d like the revised logo back in the same editable formats (AI/SVG/PDF) along with PNGs for quick use. Let me know if you need any additional specs, and feel free to share a quick font suggestion before locking it in.
