Quick Flyer Revamp Needed

I already have a flyer and simply need it refreshed—not rebuilt from scratch. The piece is informational and aimed at a very specific audience, so the new version must keep the core message clear while looking cleaner and more engaging.

What I need done:
• Update the existing text so the wording is accurate and concise.
• Tweak the layout for better readability and visual flow.
• Swap in a few new images I will supply, adjusting size and placement so everything feels balanced.

You may work in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, or Photoshop—whatever lets you return a print-ready PDF plus the editable source file. Because the scope is straightforward, I’m looking for a quick turnaround and a pragmatic approach: keep what already works, polish what doesn’t.
