Quick Flyer Resize Needed in 15 minutes

I have an existing flyer saved as a single-page PDF that only needs a size adjustment so it prints perfectly. I’m not tied to a particular final dimension yet—I’ll confirm the exact trim size and bleed requirements once we start—but I do need the artwork resized accurately, keeping all layout, images, and typography crisp and proportionate.
Please use whichever professional tools you prefer (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, etc.) so long as the end result is a high-resolution, print-ready PDF with proper bleed and crop marks.
Deliverables:
• One print-ready PDF of the resized flyer
• The updated working file (INDD, AI, or similar) so I can make future edits if needed
