Puzzle Insert Production File Setup
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I already have the finished artwork for a 6 × 4 in premium jigsaw puzzle insert; what I’m missing is the full production package so the printer and the puzzle manufacturer can move straight to press and die-cutting. Here’s the scope:
• A print-ready PDF at 6 × 4 in, CMYK, 300 DPI, including a 3 mm bleed on every side.
• A second print-ready PDF at the exact trim size, same colour space and resolution, with the bleed removed.
• The open, fully editable source file—AI preferred, PSD acceptable—keeping layers intact, text outlined or the fonts packaged.
• A keyline layer (0.25 pt magenta, “DO NOT PRINT – KEYLINE ONLY”) that sits inside the trim area. I need a custom 48-piece layout using rounded, smooth geometric shapes rather than harsh angles; please avoid placing any cut lines in the bleed.
File naming conventions and any additional production notes you’re used to supplying are welcome. Once the set is delivered and verified for bleed, colour profile, and correct die-line alignment, I’ll release approval immediately so we can head to print.
We need a 4×6 inch stationery postcard based on the Bharat AI branding.
Reference style: floral note cards shown above (same border, same placement), but redesigned in deep charcoal + matte gold.

Back side for writing (blank space + header + small gold frame)
