I have a new residential-led development site in the UK going to market and need a polished PDF brochure that presents the opportunity clearly and persuasively. The tone must stay formal and professional throughout, mirroring the expectations of institutional buyers and high-net-worth individuals who will review it.
All visual assets are ready: high-resolution 3-D renders, detailed floor plans, and architectural drawings. Your role is to weave these into a coherent narrative—organising pages, crafting concise copy blocks from the material I supply, applying a clean layout, and choosing typography and colour accents that convey quality without feeling flashy.
Because I intend to email the document to prospects and print a handful of hard copies for meetings, I need two outputs: a screen-optimised PDF and a high-resolution, print-ready PDF (with bleed and crop marks). Native files (InDesign, Illustrator, or similar) should come with the final hand-off so future minor edits are straightforward on my side.
