Promotional Flyer/Brochure Design Needed

I’m looking for a creative graphic designer to craft a high-impact promotional flyer or folded brochure that will instantly capture attention and drive interest in my offering. The piece should feel modern, visually engaging, and aligned with my brand colours and typography (I’ll supply the palette, fonts, and copy once we start).

Here’s what I expect as part of the job:
• Two initial layout concepts so we can choose a direction.
• Up to three rounds of revisions on the selected concept.
• Final artwork delivered print-ready (CMYK, 300 dpi, bleed and crop marks) plus a web-optimised PDF.
• Layered source file (Adobe InDesign or Illustrator) so I can make future tweaks if needed.
