Project Title: 2D Designer Needed for 24.8m x 3m Billboard + 3 Signages + Police Barrier

I’m preparing a large-scale event and need a cohesive set of graphics that carry the theme across every touch-point. The job covers three key items—one giant roadside billboard, a family of on-site signages, and a repeating barrier cover that will wrap the crowd-control fences.
Style & approach
Everything should feel modern and clean, with generous white space, crisp typography, and a tight colour palette that complements the event’s master artwork. Think confident simplicity rather than loud gradients or busy textures.
Scope
• Billboard: single layout, sized to the exact specs I’ll supply.
• Signages: directional and informational boards in several formats; I’ll list their dimensions once we start.
• Barrier cover: one seamless pattern (or tiled design) that reads well when printed in long strips.
Deliverables
1. Print-ready PDFs plus editable AI files for each asset.
2. A quick mock-up on photographic backgrounds so stakeholders can visualise the installs.
3. Font, colour, and bleed details called out clearly for the printer.
Acceptance
Files must meet the given dimensions, include 3 mm bleed, and pass a pre-flight check in Acrobat without errors.
Preferred tools: Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop, but I’m open to other pro-grade software if it exports clean PDF/X-1a.
If you love translating event themes into striking, uncluttered visuals, I’d love to see a few portfolio pieces that show you can keep things sharp at scale.
