Professional Vectorization of Logo

I need my existing PNG logo professionally vectorized.

Requirements:
- Deliverables must include:
- Scalable vector files in AI, SVG, and EPS formats
- High-resolution PNG with transparent background
- Original source files for future use on web and various applications
- Use of a new color palette is required

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with logo vectorization
- Strong understanding of color theory and application
- Attention to detail and precision

The wording can be change for a similar font (to make it easy) however, i owuld like to have the font as well, if it is not a google font that i can download if it can be provided
