Professional Service Promo Brochure

I need a clean, visually compelling tri-fold brochure that promotes my company’s services with a distinctly professional tone. The piece will be used both in print and as a downloadable PDF, so the final files should be supplied in press-ready CMYK (with bleeds) and a web-optimised version.

Here’s what matters to me:
• Messaging that quickly highlights our key services and value proposition without overwhelming the reader. I will provide raw copy points; you’ll refine and lay them out for maximum impact.
• A design language consistent with our existing brand guidelines—colours, fonts, and logo files will be shared once we start.
• Smart, brochure-friendly imagery or icons that strengthen the professional feel (stock or custom is fine as long as it’s license-cleared).
• Delivered artwork in Adobe InDesign or Illustrator, with linked assets and print-ready PDFs.

I’ll review an initial concept before we move to full layout, then request two rounds of revisions to lock everything down. Once approved, you’ll package the final files so my print vendor can move straight to production and I can upload the PDF to our site.
