Professional Report Card Recreation

I have a single image of my academic result and I need it turned into a clean, print-ready report card. The goal is a faithful, professional recreation—nothing more elaborate than what is already shown.

Here’s what I expect:
• Recreate the layout, typography, and colours exactly as they appear in the photo.
• Correctly transcribe every mark, subject name, date, and signature.
• Supply the final file as both a high-resolution PDF and an editable source file (Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign—use whichever you’re most comfortable with).
• Keep the document dimensions suitable for A4 printing.

I will provide the original image as soon as we start. If small alignment tweaks improve legibility, feel free to apply them; otherwise, stay true to the original look.
