I have created a poster concept using AI. The creative design, layout and composition are already finalized.
This is NOT a logo design or poster design contest.
I am looking for an experienced graphic designer/illustrator to professionally recreate the artwork as a clean, high-quality master file suitable for commercial printing and future editing.
The supplied artwork should be used as the master reference and recreated as accurately as possible while improving the technical quality.

Every significant object should be placed on its own layer whenever practical.
Artwork Requirements
The artwork should be manually recreated using professional illustration techniques.
Do NOT use Adobe Illustrator Image Trace or any automatic vector tracing.
The artwork must be redrawn using clean Bézier curves and professional vector techniques before being assembled into the layered PSD.
The finished artwork should have crisp edges, smooth curves and consistent line quality.
Colors
Please use bright, saturated circus colors.
Avoid:
Vintage look
Distressed textures
Faded colors
Artificial aging
Dirty gold effects
The artwork should feel vibrant, modern and suitable for professional offset printing.
Symmetry
Everything must be perfectly symmetrical.

Faroese Flags
This is very important.
The Faroese flags must be:
Correctly drawn.
Mounted correctly on the flagpoles.
Both flags must face the SAME direction.

The current AI artwork contains inconsistencies that should be corrected.

Please improve the supplied artwork by:
Removing AI artifacts
Improving symmetry
Cleaning all gold decorations
Making all borders sharp
Improving the light bulbs

Future Editing
This PSD will become the master artwork for future posters.

Therefore the file must be easy to edit and well organized.
