Professional Recreation of Approved Logo

We already have a finalized Aasha MedX logo (attached).
The design is approved, and we do not want any changes in concept, text, or tagline.

We need this logo to be professionally recreated and delivered in all standard file formats for business use (printing, digital, website, app, and branding).
