I have a standard PDF that needs a complete visual overhaul so it looks polished and is effortless to fill out electronically. Every section—main and sub alike—must be clearly numbered. I’d also like each of these sections enclosed in clean, solid-border boxes to create instant visual separation and improve readability.
Beyond the new numbering and boxed layout, generous spacing is essential. Text, form fields, and signature lines should breathe so the document flows naturally and works seamlessly with DocuSign or any other e-signature tool.
Deliverable:
• A redesigned, print-ready PDF that mirrors the current content but with the new organization, numbering, boxed sections, and wider spacing.
• An editable version (InDesign, Illustrator, or similar) so future tweaks are straightforward.
