I need four distinct yet cohesive posters that inspire adults aged 19-45 to embrace and demonstrate leadership. The visual tone must stay professional and clean—think balanced white space, confident typography, and a polished finish rather than flashy effects.

Scope
• Four separate poster concepts tied together by a unifying colour palette, type family, and visual hierarchy.
• Messages will centre on key leadership traits (e.g., vision, accountability, collaboration, resilience). I’ll supply the exact copy once we start, but creative input on phrasing and layout is welcome.
• Final artwork should be ready for A2 print (300 dpi, CMYK) and optimised versions for web/social.
