Professional Flat Icons for PDF4me

I’m refreshing every website icon on pdf4me.com and need multiple creative options for each one. The look has to stay flat, clean and unmistakably professional, while still referencing document-conversion and workflow themes through subtle, industry-related symbols.

Here’s what will make the project a success for me:

• For every icon visible in the reference screenshot I supply, create 6–7 distinct design alternatives.
• Build them in Adobe Illustrator at 100 × 100 px, export as SVG and keep layers editable.
• Apply our official colour palette so the set feels native to the current brand theme.
• Draw inspiration from the competitor samples I’ll send, but avoid imitation.
• Work only with flat styling; no gradients, bevels or 3-D treatments.
• Symbols should instantly hint at PDFs, merging, splitting, compressing or any other service the icon represents, without leaning on our logo elements.

I’ll provide the current icons, brand guidelines, colour values and competitor references on project start. After I review the first round, I’ll pick a favourite for each slot, then you can refine the chosen versions into the final, production-ready SVGs.
