Professional Fillable Welcome Packet Design

I have all of the written content ready and now need it transformed into two polished, on-brand welcome kits—one for clients and one for new employees—plus a matching file-folder cover. The look must stay firmly professional and corporate, using our colours, typefaces and a clean layout style similar to the sample video link I provided.

Every page needs interactive form fields so the packets can be completed online, yet they should also print perfectly for in-office distribution. I will rely on you to set up the forms (text fields, check-boxes, signatures, drop-downs where helpful) and to make sure alignment, margins and spacing work for standard U.S. Letter.

The front-of-folder graphic has to feature the company logo, our tagline and full contact information, formatted for both digital preview and high-resolution print.
