Professional Education Banner Design

I’m gearing up our institute’s promotional push for the 2026-27 academic session and need a talented designer to craft a full suite of banners that convey trust, academic excellence, and a modern feel. The primary copy on every piece will be our institute’s name and tagline; all other supporting text, photographs, and brand assets will be supplied once we start.

Style & tone
The look must be professional and formal—clean lines, balanced layouts, and polished typography that reassure parents while still feeling welcoming to students. If you normally work with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar industry-standard tools, that’s perfect because I’ll need layered source files alongside the final exports.

Where the designs will live
• Online: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, website hero, and standard Google Display sizes
• Offline: flex, hoarding, standee, plus an A3 poster for campus notice boards

Deliverables (per banner size)
1. Web-optimised PNG/JPEG at 72 dpi in RGB
2. Print-ready PDF at 300 dpi in CMYK with 3 mm bleed
3. Editable source file with fonts either outlined or included

Acceptance criteria
• Consistent typography across all formats
• Safe margins respected so no text is trimmed on print outputs
• Colours precisely match the palette specified in the brand guide I’ll provide on kickoff

Turnaround & collaboration
I’d like an initial concept within three days, two rounds of revisions, and final artwork a week after approval. If you have a strong portfolio of educational or corporate promotional work and a knack for setting clear hierarchies in large-format design, let’s partner on this campaign.
