A.Cover Design
Size:Total Size: 23” (W) × 15.50” (H) Visible Area: 21” × 13.5” Remaining area will be folded inside
Design Requirements:
Colour: Multi Colour
Look: Professional / Corporate / Global
Suggested Color Direction for Cover:
Since this is a multi-colour job, we want the colours to be used smartly and in a balanced way. The design should feel premium and corporate, not too loud or overcrowded.
Please suggest colour combinations that go well with a professional office file cover.
A good mix may include:
One strong Blue tone for professionalism
One dark neutral tone like Charcoal Grey / Graphite Black for clarity
One or two accent colours such as Teal / Aqua / Mustard / Olive used in a controlled way
The overall look should remain clean, elegant, and corporate
Layout Guidelines:
Front Cover: Logo placed at top right corner, approx. 2.5 inches from the edge
Back Cover: Small section for product information (content will be provided)
Spine (2.25”): Spine will be informational with space to write and should look visually appealing. Background of the spine should blend seamlessly with the overall cover design, so that folding does not disturb the front and back appearance.

Each cover design should have 4 colour options
So total output will be 2 designs with 4 colour variations each
B. Inner Design
Type:Single colour job (Black / Grey)
Design Quantity:1 inner design only
Size:Total Size: 14” × 26”
Visible Content Area (centre): 13.5” × 25”
Layout Guidelines:
left Side: Index (content writing area) along with logo
Spine Area: Only logo (for brand visibility)
Right Side: No content
Background: Subtle corporate plain background design
Opacity: 10–20% Should be versatile and work with any cover design
Can be geometric or minimal pattern-based, as long as it looks clean and professional.
Ideal Skills & Experience
Graphic Design Proficiency in: CorelDRAW (Advanced preferred) Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop
Strong understanding of modern design aesthetics Experience with corporate branding
This is a precision-based design requirement, so clarity in layout, alignment, and print understanding is critical.
A reference Image will be shared for both the cover and Inner for better understanding.
