Professional Borehole Notebook Template

I’ve hand-sketched the layout for a borehole drillers’ daily notebook and now need it transformed into a polished, print-ready template. The finished piece has to feel professional and be easy on the eye so drillers can record data quickly in the field.

You will work directly from my scan, refining spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy while keeping all fields exactly where I have placed them. The goal is a single page design that a local print shop can reproduce without further edits, so please supply both an editable source file (AI, InDesign, or Affinity Designer) and a high-resolution, print-ready PDF with trim marks and 3 mm bleed.

Because turnaround is ASAP, show relevant experience creating forms, logbooks, or technical stationery when you reply. If you can start immediately and provide an initial draft within 24 hours, mention that as well; speed will be factored into the decision.

I’ll share the sketch once we kick off and will be available for rapid feedback to keep the process moving.

To add, if it assists you, I plan to have my notebooks printed in B5 size paper.
