Subject: Brief: Create customer-facing sales literature from our source doc
We’d like your help turning our internal sales document into polished, customer-facing sales literature for Aviation e-Motion Systems Ltd (AEMS).
Goal & scope
• Produce a 6–8 page A4 brochure (print-ready + web PDF) and a 1-page A4 datasheet that clearly explain our next-gen electromechanical actuator platform—FT EMA (flight-critical, fault-tolerant) and FF EMA (fail-fixed, development/secondary).
• Light copy-editing/clarification is welcome; please keep technical accuracy.
Source material
• Please base everything on the attached “Sales Literature – Nov 25.docx” (this is the single source of truth).
Sales Literature - Nov 25
Audience & tone
• Primary: Aerospace OEM chief engineers, systems architects, procurement/program managers.
• Secondary: Non-technical decision-makers.
• Tone: Expert, concise, credible; UK English.
Key messages to retain
• At-a-glance value: lifecycle cost ↓ 60–75%, weight ↓ up to ~56% (aircraft-level saving ~50–60 kg), energy ↓ ~0.2–0.3% per mission, and reliability +270% MTBF uplift; lifetime CO₂ saving up to ~1,114 t (A320-class case).
• Differentiators: Quad-redundant, fault-tolerance built in; power-by-wire simplicity (power + data); sealed for harsh environments; predictive health monitoring; upgrade path from FF EMA → FT EMA.
• Comparison visuals: A clear table contrasting FT EMA, FF EMA, traditional EMA, and hydraulics.
• Compliance: DAL A/B, EASA SC-VTOL, DO-160G, DO-254/178C, ARP4754A/4761; AS/EN9100.
• Markets: Aviation (primary & secondary flight controls), plus rail & marine, oil & gas, defence, medical.
• Services/options: LRU reader, PHM, PBH models, licensing, integration kits, training, MRO/recycling.
• CTA: “Let’s talk” with our contact details.
Deliverables
• Brochure: Print-ready PDF (300 dpi, 3 mm bleed) + web PDF (<5 MB).
• One-pager datasheet: A4 PDF (print + web).
• Editable source files (InDesign or Figma) and exported SVG/PNG assets for tables/diagrams.
• Simple infographics: redundancy architecture, performance comparison, and the upgrade path.
• Optional: a web copy variant (1–2 landing sections) reusing the same content.
Visual direction (guidance, not prescriptive)
• Clean, technical aesthetic; clear tables; crisp iconography; restrained colour palette; product/airframe imagery (stock placeholders OK).
• Use and maintain our tagline: “Empowering Airborne Innovation, Safer, Smarter, and Greener Flight.”
Process, timing & budget
• Please propose a timeline for: kickoff → copy/wireframes → design draft → 1–2 revision rounds → final assets.
• Quote a fixed price including two revision rounds; specify any assumptions.
Confidentiality & IP
• Work under NDA. On payment, AEMS owns all outputs and source files.
• Include patent-pending notice, copyright, and disclaimer on the final pages/footers.
