Print-Ready Paper Cup Layout

I already have the cup artwork finalised as a PDF. Your task is to drop that design onto a correct flat cup dieline and supply a production-ready file. The cup is not a standard size—I will send the exact top rim, bottom rim and height measurements as soon as the project starts.

Please build the layout with proper bleed, trim and safe zones, keep everything in CMYK, and curve the design accurately so it wraps without distortion once the cup is formed. I’m happy to send a reference photo of the finished cup shape if it helps visualise the angle.

Deliverables:
• Editable Adobe Illustrator file with die-cut, bleed and safety guides on separate layers
• High-resolution, press-ready PDF that my printer can output directly

I’ll approve the work once the dieline matches the supplied dimensions to the millimetre, colours remain intact, and the file passes the printer’s pre-flight check.
