Print-Ready Neon Trailer Wrap

I already have the base artwork in Adobe Illustrator; what I need now is a designer who can turn that concept into a flawless, large-format trailer wrap. The trailer has four panels—two long sides at 4000 mm × 2200 mm and the front and back at 2200 mm × 2200 mm—so every pixel must stay razor-sharp when scaled.

The style is bold, vibrant, and unapologetically neon. Expect to finesse colour intensity, introduce or swap graphic elements, and generally polish the composition so it leaps off the aluminium once printed. I’ll send over the original .ai file plus my margin notes detailing those tweaks.

Print specs are non-negotiable: CMYK, high-resolution, press-ready PDF. Accurate bleed, crop marks, and colour management for UV-resistant inks all need to be baked in. Alongside the final PDF, I also want fully layered source files (AI or PSD) so the sign-writer can make any last-second adjustments without flattening the design.

• One press-ready PDF for each panel at actual size, CMYK, minimum 150 dpi
• Layered source files (AI/PSD) for all artwork
