Print-Ready Copywrited Icon Recreation

I need a simple (already copywrited) icon I designed redrawn cleanly so it can be dropped straight into both my website and printed collateral. The look, proportions, and colour must remain identical to the reference image I will supply—no tweaks, just a crisp, professional recreation.
Please work Adobe Illustrator so the artwork scales perfectly, then export the only file I actually need:
