Print-Ready 3x5 Banner Design

I already have the photos, logos, colours and a rough concept—what I need is a polished, press-ready file for a 3-foot-by-5-foot banner. The base colour is blue, all lettering will be white, and every photo should sit inside a uniform white frame so the final piece feels balanced and professional. There will be seven or more photos in total, each scaled to the same size.

Please keep the entire right-hand end of the banner white; that space is reserved for the Surf Monkey logo and an accompanying message I’ll provide. I’ll also supply the exact CMYK/Pantone values and a sketch that shows approximate placement.

Deliverables:
• Final artwork in either Adobe Illustrator (.ai) or high-resolution, print-ready PDF with fonts outlined and images embedded
• Editable source file, retaining layers where relevant
• Built-in bleed, trim marks and safe zones suitable for large-format printing

Accuracy in colour matching, clean alignment and consistent spacing are critical. If that sounds straightforward, let’s get this wrapped up quickly.
