Print Media Brochure/Booklet Design – Custom Educational Programs in Africa (2026)
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’m preparing a print-ready brochure that will introduce our 2026 custom educational programs across Africa to universities, colleges, and other educational institutions worldwide. The piece has one clear purpose: boost awareness of what we offer and show how institutions can partner with us to co-create faculty-led initiatives on the continent. Because partnership opportunities are the focal point, the design must guide readers naturally toward a “Let’s collaborate” call to action while still capturing the vibrancy and diversity of Africa’s learning environments.
You’ll be working for print first, so please plan around CMYK, 300 dpi imagery, bleeds, and safe zones. I’m comfortable with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop workflows and will need layered source files along with a press-ready PDF. High-impact photos, clear infographics, and space for short testimonials will help the brochure feel both authoritative and inviting. We already have an updated logo and color palette; I’ll supply those assets on project start.
Deliverables
• 2 distinct creative concepts for an A5 stitched booklet for a "Custom Educational Programs in Africa" and a "Custom School Programs in Africa" booklet.(or alternative format you recommend if it better showcases partnerships)
• One finalized layout, refined from the chosen concept, supplied as:
– Print-ready PDF with 3 mm bleed
– Packaged InDesign (or Illustrator) file with linked images and fonts
– Separate web-optimised PDF for email distribution
Acceptance criteria
• Partnership opportunities are prominent and visually distinct on every interior panel.
• Text styles and color palette match the brand files provided.
• All imagery licensed or royalty-free and supplied in original resolution.
• Output passes a pre-press check (ink coverage, bleed, font embedding).
If you’ve delivered attention-grabbing print collateral for nonprofits or educational initiatives before, I’d love to see it. Turnaround on first concepts is ideally one week from kickoff, with the final files ready shortly after revisions.
I have attached a copy of our previous booklet as an example.
All copy, photos, and infographic data will be provided.
