Premium Visiting Card Design

Project Overview

We are looking for a skilled graphic designer to create a professional, premium visiting card design for our consulting brand AVA Global Alliance and its group entities (starting with AVA Business Consulting & Risk Management LLP).

We already have:

- Finalized logo
- Brand color theme (Gold + Grey)
- Sample flyer layouts for reference
- Content (name, designation, phone, email, website)

The requirement is to convert this into a print-ready visiting card with editable source files.

Scope of Work

Design front & back visiting card

Maintain existing AVA brand theme (gold / grey / minimal corporate look)

Provide 2–3 layout options

Card size: Standard (India) – 3.5” x 2” (or 90mm x 54mm)

Include:

Logo placement

Name

Designation

Company name

Phone

Email

Website

Optional QR code (if space permits)

Deliverables (Must Have)

- Editable source files (AI / PSD / Figma / Canva)
- Print-ready PDF (CMYK, bleed included)
- High-resolution PNG/JPEG preview
- Font details used
- Layered files (not flattened)

Clean, corporate, consulting-grade look (Big-4 style)

Premium feel (not flashy)

Strong typography hierarchy

Balanced white space

Must align with existing AVA branding
