Premium Satin Event Lanyard
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I’m preparing for a high-profile corporate event and need a fresh lanyard design that feels as premium as the occasion. The strap will be produced in satin rather than the usual polyester, nylon or cotton, so the artwork must embrace that smooth, slightly glossy finish and print evenly edge-to-edge.
The lanyard will carry an ID card holder, therefore the layout must allow for a central slit/punch without disrupting logos or key visuals. A standard 20 mm width and 900 mm length (450 mm each side) works for our supplier, but if you have experience with alternative specs that still accommodate an ID card, I’m open to suggestions as long as they stay production-friendly.
Here’s what I’d like from you:
• Two to three creative concepts that project a clean, professional image suited to a corporate crowd.
• Final artwork delivered as layered, print-ready Adobe Illustrator (AI) or EPS files with outlined fonts, plus a flat PDF proof and a simple mock-up looped around a badge for quick stakeholder sign-off.
• Clear indication of safe zones, bleed and the exact position of the ID card slot.
• Colour values in CMYK and Pantone if used, so the satin matches our brand palette accurately.
If you’ve designed textile or wristband graphics before, especially for satin substrates, that experience will be valuable. Turnaround within three days would keep our production schedule on track, but let me know if you need a little longer for refinements. I’ll provide the logo, brand colours and any taglines the moment we start.
