Premium Corporate Stationery & Templates
Budget: £250 – £750 GBP
I’m refreshing our brand collateral and need a cohesive set of files that feels refined and consistent across print and digital touch-points.
First, the business card: I want a clean, minimalist layout printed on linen stock. It should carry my name and title, our company logo with full contact details, plus a discreet line for the website and social media handles. Please keep whitespace generous, typography sharp, and colour usage aligned with our existing palette (I’ll share brand guidelines once we start). Final artwork must be press-ready—CMYK, 300 dpi, with trim marks and bleed—as well as delivered in an editable vector format for future tweaks.
Alongside the card I need two branded office templates:
• A Microsoft Word document (.dotx) that doubles as letterhead and internal memo, complete with editable header, footer, and automated page numbering.
• A PowerPoint template (.pptx) featuring a title slide, multiple content layouts, and a closing slide, all using the same fonts, colours, and visual accents you establish on the card.
Both templates should be fully theme-enabled so anyone on the team can update colours or styles without breaking the layout.
I’ll consider the project complete when:
• The card file passes my printer’s pre-flight check.
• The Word and PowerPoint templates open without missing fonts, maintain their formatting when text is overwritten, and match the card’s look and feel.
If you’re comfortable working in Illustrator, InDesign, Word, and PowerPoint and can turn this around quickly, let’s talk—I’m ready to supply logos and brand assets right away.
