Premium IP Brochure Redesign

I have an existing brochure for our intellectual-property services firm that needs a complete facelift. Everything—layout, typography, copy and visuals—has to reflect a modern, minimalist aesthetic while still sounding formal and professional.
You’ll receive the current content plus a reference PDF; your job is to reorganise the material, polish the wording, correct any grammar issues and weave in concise, persuasive copy. The finished piece must spotlight our key services, client testimonials and a short company history without feeling crowded or sales-heavy. Clean white space, consistent iconography and subtle corporate colours are essential to the look I’m after.
Please rebuild the file in a mainstream design platform (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or similar) so I can edit it later. Include high-resolution imagery or custom vector icons that fit the IP industry, and ensure all fonts are either licensed or free for commercial use.
