I need a polished digital brochure (single-page flyer or short multi-page piece—whichever best fits the layout) that introduces incoming residents to our city’s hotels, food scene, and overall vibe before they settle into one of our rental homes.
All copy and imagery are already gathered in a PowerPoint; your job is to translate that raw material into a visually engaging format that mirrors the sample brochure I’ll share with you. The key emphasis for each featured hotel is its location and the nearby attractions, so the layout has to make those points instantly clear.
Once the look aligns with the reference example, please supply:
• A high-resolution, share-ready PDF (email friendly)
• The editable source file (InDesign, Illustrator, or Canva—use whichever tool you’re most comfortable with)
If possible, keep the overall file size light enough for quick emailing while still print-quality sharp. I’ll hand over the PowerPoint and style example as soon as we start so you can dive straight into design.
