Playful Youth Packaging Designs
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
My teen-centric clothing brand is ready for packaging that feels energetic yet balanced, appealing equally to guys and girls. I need two coordinated pieces—a corrugated shipping box and a poly mailer—designed around our existing logo. I need a minimum of 3 design variations.
Mood & style
I’m after a playful, vibrant look built on abstract patterns rather than literal illustrations. Think movement and attitude, not cartoons. The artwork must translate well to a matte finish, so gradients or heavy gloss effects won’t fit.
We are selling high quality clothing items. We are okay with a matte design or a glossy design for the box.
Colour guidance
Core palette:
• Brown #482400
• Blue #6F8FBE
• White
• Cream #F1EEEB
The box size is about 15" x 11" x 5", and the polymailers will be about 12" x 18"
Brown and cream should serve as subtle accents; blue and white can take the lead so the result doesn’t feel too heavy.
Audience & tone
Everything targets teens and young adults. The graphics should be gender-neutral—lively, modern, and social-media friendly without skewing overly masculine or feminine.
Deliverables
• Print-ready, layered files for both the box dieline and poly mailer (AI or editable PDF)
• We also need a design for inside the box also, logo on the inside lid but it can be a fairly simple design inside - we would like our website URL on the inside lid with the logo
• CMYK specs and any linked fonts or pattern assets
• Mock-ups that show how each design will appear in real-world lighting on a matte surface

The attached box design is AI generated, but this is just to give an example of the type of box we need. We will also be using polymailers and would like a simple design for those, but something that matches the box
I’ll supply the logo and exact box/mailers specs as soon as we start. Looking forward to seeing concepts that make our shipments look as exciting as what’s inside. Also, feel free to fix the opening on the bottom part of the N on the logo if you feel it is necessary.
We need to have this done as soon as possible... our launch date is 9/28/2025 and we must order the packaging by Wednesday this week.
