Playful Cartoon Illustrator Needed

I’m putting together a series of lively, character-driven images and need an illustrator whose natural style is cartoon—big expressions, bold lines, vibrant colours. Realistic rendering or abstract experiments aren’t the goal here; I want visuals that instantly feel fun and approachable.

There’s no strict deadline, so you’ll have room to polish each piece until we’re both happy. What matters most at this stage is a detailed project proposal. Show me how you would tackle the brief, outline your creative process, key milestones, revision policy, and a realistic timeline. Links to similar past work are welcome, but the proposal itself will be my main basis for selection.

When we move forward, I’ll expect final artwork delivered as high-resolution PNGs plus layered source files (PSD or AI) so I can adapt the illustrations for both print and web.
