Pixel-Perfect Logo Vectorization

I have PNG versions of both our company logo and our product logo that now need to be redrawn as clean, fully scalable vectors. The task is straightforward but precision-critical:
• Exactly match every color and shape—nothing in the palette or geometry may change.
• Rebuild the artwork from scratch (no quick auto-trace) so the edges stay razor-sharp when I zoom to 800 %.
• Supply editable masters in AI, SVG, EPS, and PDF, each organised in tidy, clearly-named layers.
• Export high-resolution, transparent-background PNGs ready for immediate web use, plus CMYK-friendly versions for print.
