There are 16 photos that need to be edited and turned into the files below.
DELIVERABLES & FILE OWNERSHIP REQUIREMENTS
The Artist agrees to provide all final artwork and associated production files in the following formats upon completion of the project and prior to final payment:
Vector Source Files
Fully editable vector files in .AI, .EPS, and/or .SVG format. All elements must remain editable, with no outlines or rasterization unless approved in writing.
Layered Working Files
Fully layered and organized working files in .PSD and/or .AI format. All text, images, and design elements must be editable and properly labeled. No flattened files will be accepted.
Print-Ready Files
High-resolution, press-ready PDF files prepared in CMYK color mode, at 300 DPI, including proper bleed and trim settings (minimum 0.125” / 3mm bleed unless otherwise specified). Files must be suitable for immediate professional printing without modification.
High-Resolution Raster Files
Exported .PNG and/or .JPG files at a minimum of 300 DPI, suitable for marketing, digital use, and general applications.
Transparent Background Files
High-resolution .PNG files with transparent backgrounds, suitable for overlay on various media including web, merchandise, and packaging.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
My address put on the bottom un intrusively(where the barcode is) of the bag just make it look nice. Attack of the Killer Products LLC 574 Ritchie Highway Suite E #179, Severna Park, Maryland 21146
On the back of the bags. I want the image on the newspaper shrunken and the font of the writing increased. Some of the characters have some slop I need that corrected.
on the playing cards. Please make sure that they are Atack of the Killer coffee is the same red art the front.The Artist shall provide all font files used in the design, or clearly identify font names and sources for licensing.
I also need you to go through and make sure any AI slop is corrected. Such as the leaning tower of Pisa is going over top of the line. Also killer coffee on the front of the bags look different between the three they are all supposed to be a tomato red (this example of how it should look is the Italian bag). All logo should follow this color scheme for the red for writing of logo and the cup
The Artist shall provide all color specifications, including CMYK, RGB, and HEX values for all primary brand colors.
I need the size of all the front of the bag logos to look the same. I built them with AI and got 95% there, but obviously there are differences. There is a Sugar package in the cups hand. I Need them all to spell SUGAR. The bags are going to be 6x9 and the sides 3.5 all inches.
All files must be delivered in an organized and clearly labeled format.
OWNERSHIP & RIGHTS
Upon full payment, the Artist agrees that all final artwork, source files, and deliverables become the exclusive property of the Attack of the Killer Products LLC , including full rights to reproduce, modify, distribute, and use the work for any purpose without limitation.
FINAL DELIVERY CONDITION
Final payment is contingent upon receipt of all required file formats listed above. Incomplete delivery of files shall constitute an incomplete project.
NO WATERMARKS OR RESTRICTIONS
All delivered files must be free of watermarks, restrictions, or usage limitations.
