Photo to Clean Vector Line Illustration (Single Building Façade)

I’m looking for a designer to convert one building façade from photo reference into a clean vector line illustration.

Scope:
– Single façade illustration (front view)
– Black line work only (no color, no gradients)
– Clear, readable details (cornices, windows, masonry lines)

What I’ll provide:
- Reference photos
– Brief notes to guide proportions and details

Deliverables
• Editable vector file in AI or EPS format
• High-resolution PNG or TIFF for proofing/print preview
