Pet-care Mobile App Branding Logo And Charte graphique

Hello,
I would like to provide a few important clarifications regarding my project:
I only need a logo and a complete brand guideline. UI design in Figma is not necessary, as I will be developing the application myself afterward.
The brand guideline should contain at least 20 pages (logo presentation, color palette, typography, usage rules, etc.).
Since the application is not yet finalized, I will personally add the application visuals and mockups into the brand guideline after delivery.
I would like to receive the project as an Adobe Illustrator source file (.AI) so that I can modify and expand the guideline later.
Regarding the timeline, I still have about 2 weeks, so delivery by the end of the month works for me.
Project reminder:
This is a mobile application designed to track the needs of pets (feeding, walks, health, etc.) with a reminder system.
Desired palette: #091413, #285A48, #408A71, #B0E4CC
Style: modern, minimalist, reassuring, and friendly.
