The role: Design ads that make people buy, not just admire.
What you'll do every week:
- Design 5-8 direct-response static ad concepts from structured creative briefs — scroll-stopping visuals engineered to convert on Meta and Instagram
- Ship editable layered files (Figma/PSD/AI) + Meta-sized exports with a short note on the hook and testing variable
- Iterate based on real performance data - you'll always know your CTR, CPC, and ROAS
Who you are:
- You've designed real paid social ads with real budgets behind them, not social media posts, not brand campaigns
- You understand hooks, visual hierarchy, and CTAs matter more than making it "look nice"
- You move fast, work from briefs without hand-holding, and get excited by a 2x ROAS more than a compliment
